What is the purpose
of Top Sites in Education?
Top Sites In Education was developed to
showcase the best education sites found on the web. We only feature
sites who provide quality educational content and teaching resources. |

Who can join, and
how much does it cost?
Only sites for kids, teachers, or parents
that provide educational materials and resources can join the list.
We reserve the right to reject any site that we deem inappropriate.
It's FREE for webmasters to participate in the program. |

How do I list my
site?
Click on the "Join" link on
the left-hand side of this page. Fill out the form and your site
will be sent to us. We will review your site before adding it to the
list. You will be notified once your site has been accepted in the
program. |

How does the ranking
system work?
Ranking is based on the total number of votes.
When a visitor on your site clicks on a voting link that you've placed on
your pages, they will be taken to the Top Sites in Education page, and
your site will be credited with one hit "In". The "Out"
column shows the number of visitors that click through to your site from
the Top Sites in Education page. The site with
highest number of votes in will appear at the top of the list.
Each unique IP address can vote only once per site in a 24 hour period. |

How often is
voting tabulated?
Ranking is updated every hour, and you must
send at least 1 vote every 24 hours to appear in the list. Lists
will be reset each week to give everyone an equal chance at topping the
list. |

easy way to get more exposure and traffic for your website. |

How do I link
to Top Sites in Education?
When you are accepted into the program you will receive an email with
your linking code. We have created several banners that you can use
on your site. If you choose to use our graphics, please make sure
you save the images on your server. Sites that violate this policy
may be removed from the list. Click on the "Link to Us" link
on the left-hand side of this page to see our banners. |

Can I link
with my own graphics or text?
Sure! You can use any graphics or text that you choose to link
to our site. All we ask is that you do not submit any blind links or
forced pop-ups. We don't want anyone to "trick" their visitors into
visiting our site. |
